Icon Water is committed to upholding core values and ethical and lawful conduct in all aspects of its business.

This policy encourages individuals to speak up about any illegal or improper conduct occurring within Icon Water and ensures that they can do so in a safe and confidential environment without fear of reprisal or detrimental treatment.

The policy sets out:

• the protections available to whistleblowers;
• how to make a disclosure, including to whom;
• measures implemented by Icon Water to support and protect whistleblowers;
• how Icon Water will investigate disclosures and ensure fair treatment of people named in disclosures or to whom disclosures relate.
