Email billing

Signing up to receive your water and sewerage bill electronically is a win for the environment and a win for your convenience. Have your bill delivered directly to your email in a PDF format for easy storage and retrieval.

If you are not sure of your account number or wish to be removed from email billing please give us a call on 02 6248 3111 (option 2) so we can assist you.

By submitting this form you agree all future bills will be emailed to you from yourbill@iconwater.com.au with an attached PDF.

To ensure you receive your bills you may need to add our email addresses to your safe senders list.


Note: ebills changing early 2018

In early 2018 we’re launching a new online customer platform that will give you an easier way to manage your account 24/7. This will replace our current epayplus and ebill systems.

You can still get your bill via email (it will look a bit different to how it is now), but you can also log in to our new system to track your usage, pay online and update your contact details.

Your privacy is important to us and we’re committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). All of your personal and account information will remain secure as part of these online improvements.
