COVID-19

While the ACT lockdown has been lifted, Icon Water continues to take measures to protect the safety of both the community and our employees.  
 
Please note that the following measures are still in place: 

  • The front desk located in Mitchell is closed until 4 January 2022. If you require assistance please call 02 6248 31
  • Standpipes and water meters are not currently being issued from the Mitchell office. To apply, please fill out the appropriate form on our website. An Icon Water representative will then contact you to organise delivery. Alternatively please contact Talk to Us on 02 6248 3111 or email talktous@iconwater.com.au
  • If you have any questions about works in your community, call our 24/7 faults line on  02 6248 311. We always have staff on call, they’ll provide all the info you need.  

Our teams on the frontline continue to manage, and maintain, our water and sewer network. It’s important we continue to social distance. Please don’t approach our crews while they’re completing works in your area. They’re there to keep your water running and sewer flowing, please let them work.  

We’ve been through many challenges as a community - droughts, bushfires, and COVID-19, and we’ll continue to place the safety of our community, and our employees, at the forefront of what we do.
