My Icon Water

From Tuesday 30 January 2018 we’re launching My Icon Water - a new online customer platform that will give you an easier way to manage your account 24/7. This will replace our current epayplus system. 

What can I do in My Icon Water?

With My Icon Water, you can easily log in to track your usage, pay online, set up or change direct debits and update your contact details. If you're an ActewAGL customer you'll also be able to pay your electricity and gas bills in a single transaction together with your water and sewerage bill. 

How is it different?

If you previously used epayplus (or received your bill via email), you’ll notice your bill notification emails for these services will look different. Your online account will also look different to how epayplus looks now, although you will still be able to log in with the same details.

What do I need to do? 

If you already get emails from Icon Water, you don’t need to do anything - just be aware that our emails will look different and this shouldn’t be a cause for concern. If you’re in doubt and think that you may have received a fraudulent email, please contact us straight away.

If you don’t use epayplus, you can register for your online account for free using the email address that we have on file for your account. If you haven't given us your email address before, get in touch so we can associate your email address with your water and sewerage account - then you're all set.
