Googong Dam Tour

Googong is our largest dam, holding over 119 million litres of water! On this tour you’ll learn about the dam itself, how the community can protect water quality and the types of recreation allowed on the foreshore. We’ll also teach you about the processes at our water treatment plant, including how we supply water to the ACT, Queanbeyan and Googong township.

Please note: Tours to the Googong Water Treatment Plant are only available when the site is operational.
