Forms and advice

As part of the asset creation and acceptance process (Ref:  STD-SPE-G-019 Developer Provided Assets – Water Supply and Sewerage – Asset Creation and Acceptance Process) various forms are required to be submitted by developers (or their authorised agent) for different projects (e.g. Minor Works, Major Works) and at different stages of a project. The forms must be downloaded to your device using the web-links below, before they can be completed.

Note: As of 30 June 2025, the Design Form Packs (below) have been updated to:

• Collect some additional information on developments including Unit Metering for Class B developments, in compliance with ACT Government legislation
• Acknowledge the Icon Water Privacy Policy
• Capture landowner details and authority, enabling Icon Water to notify landowners of proposed developments on their block.

The latest Design Form Pack (Rev 07) must be completed for all new in principle and detailed design submissions.
