Rise Above Capital Region Cancer Relief
Rise Above - Capital Region Cancer Relief financially assists cancer patients in the Canberra and Queanbeyan Region. We are uniquely able to provide assistance to patients diagnosed with any type of cancer, across all ages. As of 2017, our youngest patient is only 10 months old.
Kids in Care ACT is a not for profit organisation that provides support to any at risk children living in poverty in the ACT. Each year Icon Water host the annual present handover and raffle draw that allows all supporters to come together and celebrate the fundraising efforts.
The Canberra Symphony Orchestra (CSO) is a champion of Australian music and a creative hub for the region.

The aim of The Christmas Party is to provide children with disabilities and complex needs, a day they will never forget.
The Christmas Parties are the biggest events of their kind in Australia for children with disabilities and complex needs. We work closely with hundreds of charities, schools, care providers, community groups and government organisations throughout the country to select the children who attend. The children invited, are children who may have one or more of the following: serious illnesses, a physical and/or intellectual disability and complex needs.

NAIDOC in the North is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture through story, song, art dance and ceremony.
St Patrick's Hockey Club was formed in Canberra in 1954 by Father Benedict 'Barney'
Lynch, of St Patrick's Church in Braddon. Since then we have grown to be one of the
largest hockey clubs in Canberra and the region. We have Men's, Women's and Junior
Boys & Girls teams competing in Hockey ACT indoor and outdoor competitions, as well
as our own Hookin2Hockey Program, a fun participation-based program that develops
kids under 10.
The "Siw Sanda Roo 2025" event provides significant benefits to the ACT and surrounding local communities by celebrating Sri Lankan dance, music, and storytelling, thereby enriching the local cultural landscape and promoting diversity and understanding.
The annual ACT Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards celebrate people with disability who are leaders in our community and recognises those who welcome, collaborate with, support, and improve the experience and outcomes for people with disability in our workplaces, businesses and across community.
Hands Across Canberra is the ACT’s community foundation, established in 2013. They raise funds for Canberra’s most vulnerable people.
