Are you a recent university student ready to make a difference in your community? Consider joining our two-year graduate program! This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of specialisations, including:

Structured as four six-month placements, you will receive on-the-job training and development. By the end, you will have refined technical and business skills, while also gaining exposure to new perspectives and dynamic ideas within the water industry.

I have been with Icon Water for around six months. My first rotation was in the Major Plants branch — they are responsible for the operation and maintenance of treatment plants owned by Icon Water. As this is an on-site role, I gained hands-on experience in plant engineering and have learned how it differs from other business areas. The Plant Engineering team responds to failures and breakdowns of plant and equipment. During this rotation I also had the opportunity to spend time
with the tradespeople and observe how their work is carried out.
