Are you a school leaver or someone interested in a change? Our traineeships are an excellent opportunity to explore a career in the water industry!
We offer administrative and technical traineeships, through recognised institutions, that provide on-the-job training and development.
These two-year opportunities include:
- water industry operations
- work health & safety
- project management
- human resources
- cyber security
- information technology
Interested in pursuing this opportunity?
When considering candidates for future traineeships, we look for:
- Year 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Current ACT class C driving license.
- Willingness to achieve a formal qualification to support your role.
- Experience using computer software applications including Microsoft Office.
- Passion for the water industry
- Understanding of workplace health and safety, and its importance in a workplace.
- Nurturing of positive relationships while also having a strong sense of accountability and self-drive.
- Interest in exploring new technologies and discovering how to bring innovative ideas to life.
